Last month saw a fantastic turn-out for our annual Tea & SCones for TSC campaign. Here, we share some highlights of the week with you!
Tea & SCones for TSC is all about drinking tea, baking/eating scones (or any treats you fancy) and raising awareness about TSC and the TSA with everyone you know. At the same time, you help us raise much needed funds so that the TSA can continue in our vital work supporting people affected by TSC.
A massive thank you to everyone who has got involved so far and raised some ‘dough’!

Jack Gray and The Little Acorn School had a bug-themed biscuit fundraiser, coinciding with their study of creepy crawlies! The baking raised just over £300 to support people affected by TSC. Excellent! |

Huge thanks go to Sue Miles-Pearson and everyone a the University of Roehampton, who got involved with Sue’s cake sale and raffle, bringing in £321! Sue was inspired to organise the day in honour of Sue’s granddaughter. |

Sally Turnbull held her Tea & SCones afternoon at her home in Nottingham, supporting her granddaughter by helping to raise £220. Well done Sally! |

Jan Baynes and Anne Wells raised an epic £1,105 by hosting a Tea & SCones cake sale at their local community centre, which included some of Jan’s special peanut butter and choc chip cookies, yum! |
It’s not just the TSC community who got involved with Tea & SCones for TSC, with TSA researchers and clinicians also baking and fundraising!
