The TSA and St George’s University Hospitals were proud to host ‘Latest TSC research update: COVID-19, LAM, renal and TAND‘ on 25 November. The full recording of the session is now available to view online and below.
Chaired by Dr Frances Elmslie (Consultant Clinical Geneticist, St George’s University Hospitals and TSA Trustee), the event saw Professor Julian Sampson (Professor of Medical Genetics, Cardiff University) unpick the latest research and discoveries of TSC, explaining what the findings could mean for the TSC community’s day-to-day lives.
Watch the recording to find more about things such as TSC in relation to:
- COVID-19
- Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM).
- Kidney/renal function
- TSC-Associated Neuropsychiatric Disorders (TAND)
The TSA would like to once again thank Dr Elmslie and Prof Sampson for volunteering their time to participate in this event.
