The TSA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2021 recently took place. A recording of the meeting is now available, for those in the TSC community who were unable to join live.
The AGM 2021 event recording can be found below and here. Viewers may also wish to read the TSA’s Year in Review: 2020 – a report that outlines our work throughout 2020, and our plans for the future.
The meeting was a great opportunity to hear from the TSA about our work over the year, including an update on the TSA’s finances and the team’s hard work to continue to improve lives in the TSC community. The following votes took place during the event:
- To consider and, if thought fit, adopt the Accounts of the Association for the year ended 31 December 2020 and the Reports of the Trustees and Auditors thereon. (PASSED)
- To re-elect if thought fit the following as Trustees:
- (a) Chris Kingswood (PASSED)
- (b) Martin Short (PASSED)
- (c) Lisa Suchet (PASSED)
- To appoint Tudor John as Independent Examiners to hold office until the conclusion of the next General Meeting of the Association before which Accounts are laid (PASSED)
- To authorise the Trustees to determine the remuneration of the Independent Examiners (PASSED)
