TSA Get Together Newport is the first of many local TSA events all happening in Wales. Come along to grab a tea or coffee and meet with others in the TSC community

TSA Get Together Newport takes place Sunday 11 May at the Dolman Theatre, Newport, 11am – 4:30pm. If you’re looking for a laid back and easy opportunity to meet other individuals and families with TSC, this is it. Have a tea or coffee, a plate of food and chat with others about all-things TSC. We’re delighted to welcome the All-Wales TSC Clinic to the event – be sure to say ‘Hello!’

These events are part of a long-running pilot. If they go well, we hope to expand them to other parts of the UK.

We’re running a series of new events under the banner ‘TSA Get Together’. These events are focused on getting people in the nearby TSC community together. We’re starting them as a pilot in Wales and hope to organise them in other places if they go well.

TSA Get Together events include things like coffee catchups or visits to family-friendly attractions. At Newport, we’re welcoming people to come along to meet others in the TSC community in a very relaxed atmosphere.

It’s happening on Sunday 11 May 2025 at the Dolman Theatre. Doors open at 11:00am and will close at 4:30pm, but feel free to come at any time.

The Dolman Theatre is near the centre of Newport, with local parking available (check before travelling).

The focus is on making the event free and easy, and more of an opportunity for people to pop around and get to know others. However, we may share a basic agenda closer to the date.

The TSA does not offer care support or a creche for this event. If you require a carer, we kindly ask that your carer comes with you.

TSA Get Together Newport is for everyone in the TSC community. In particular, we’d love to see families and individuals getting to know each other, comfortable in the knowledge that everyone in the room understands the impact of TSC.
