International TSC Research Conference 2020 Community Afternoon

Blurb to go here

Outlook is one of the TSA’s most important and fun events of the year, where adults mildly affected with TSC from across the UK come together to make new (and meet old) friends, share experiences about TSC and attend interesting workshops.

From group firewalks to TSC clinic updates, previous Outlooks have had everything! Not to mention lots of opportunities to connect with other adults who understand the impact that TSC can have on lives.

What are the plans for Outlook 2020?

We are already working hard to organise Outlook 2020, with more information about our plans released early in 2020. Keep checking our social media and website for an announcement, as well as signing up for Scan and our regular email alerts.

Would you like to help us organise Outlook?

We are always looking for ideas and advice from the TSC community on how to shape Outlook. If you have any suggestions, be sure to let us know by contacting Outlook@tuberous-sclerosis.org.

“Over the past 15 years, the Outlook event has given me more confidence in myself, living and working with TSC on a daily basis. It’s a chance to have fun, find out how others are dealing with similar challenges, and learn about new medical treatments and opportunities. I’ve also made some fabulous friends I keep in touch with through social media.”

– Corinne Swainger

“I find Outlook events informative. You get to learn a lot about TSC and take part in workshops. You can speak to and meet people who live with TSC, so you don’t feel alone. You can also become pen friends with Outlookers later or socialise on social media.”

– Megan Hattersley
