The TSA’s AGM for 2025 will take place virtually on Thursday 27 November 18:00 – 19:30. It will include a ‘TSC and genetics’ Q&A, with a specialist TSC consultant geneticist.

Agenda items are:

• Discuss the Accounts of the Association for the year ended 31 December 2024 and the Reports of the Trustees and Auditors
• Election and re-election of Trustees
• Appoint an Independent Examiner until the conclusion of the next AGM in 2026
• To authorise the Trustees to determine the remuneration of the Independent Examiners

If you’ve ever been in touch with the TSA, you’re a member, meaning you can attend and vote at AGMs. You may appoint one or more proxies to attend and vote for you. A proxy need not be a TSA member.
