TSC and Me: Building a Connected Community

The TSC and Me campaign is all about bringing people together. Whether you’re living with Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC), caring for someone who is, or simply want to show your support, this initiative is designed to celebrate every story and make sure no one feels alone.

What is TSC and Me?

TSC and Me is a social media campaign that invites individuals and families affected by TSC to share their experiences. By posting a photo and your story with the hashtag #TSCandMe, you’ll help create a powerful online community that reflects the strength, diversity, and resilience of people living with TSC.

Why Does It Matter?

TSC is a rare condition, and many people affected by it can feel isolated. This campaign aims to:

  • Raise awareness of TSC and the support available.
  • Celebrate diversity by including voices from all backgrounds.
  • Build connections so everyone feels part of something bigger.

How Can You Take Part?

It’s simple:

  1. Share a photo or selfie on your social media using #TSCandMe.
  2. Tell us what TSC means to you, whether it’s a word, a sentence, or a short story.
  3. Encourage friends and family to join in and spread the word.

What Happens Next?

All posts will be featured on the TSC and Me Wall - a digital gallery showcasing the faces and stories of our community. This wall will be hosted on the TSA website, creating a lasting tribute to everyone who took part.

When is it Happening?

The campaign runs from 15 January to 4 February, with a special celebration planned for Rare Disease Day 2026.

Why Join Us?

By taking part, you’re helping make the invisible visible. You’re showing that behind every diagnosis is a person, a family, and a story worth sharing. Further, greater public and policy awareness of TSC can drive research funding for better treatments and a potential cure.
