The next Outlook is taking place on Saturday 25 April 2026 at the Holiday Inn Portsmouth (Pembroke Road Portsmouth\, PO1 2TA United Kingdom) \nOffering a relaxed\, open and understanding environment of the impact that living with TSC can have on individuals and families\, Outlook is one of the longest-running events hosted by the TSC. \nAt Outlook\, you can be in an environment of over-18s who understand the impact that being affected by TSC can have on daily life. You can expect things like: \n\nOpportunities to meet and get to know the TSC community mildly affected by TSC\nA chance to hear about the work of the TSA and to speak to the team\nWorkshops and talks on topics that can help people mildly affected by TSC\n\nFood\, drinks\, tea and coffee is provided to all attendees. \nWhen and where will Outlook 2026 take place?\nOutlook 2026 will take place on Saturday 25 April 2016\, Portsmouth at the venue Holiday Inn Portsmouth. \nThe Holiday Inn Portsmouth is well located\, in the centre of Portsmouth and well connected to mainline train stations and parking. Open to anyone who lives with TSC and receives benefits\, the TSA Support Fund offers small grants to people when the financial impact of TSC becomes too much – including with grants towards paying for attending Outlook. \nThe TSA wants all adults affected by TSC to attend Outlook if they’d like to\, which is one of the reasons why Outlook tickets are free. Although the TSA always tries to keep the financial impact of Outlook as low as possible\, the costs associated with Outlook – including travel\, accommodation and food – can quickly add up. \nIs there anything planned for the evening before Outlook 2026?\nOutlook officially begins on Saturday 25 April 2026 at Holiday Inn Portsmouth. However\, an unofficial evening meal organised by Outlookers themselves will take place on the Friday evening at a local restaurant. If you’re interested in joining this unofficial meal\, please email us (support@tuberous-sclerosis.org) and we’ll connect you with the meal organisers. \nPlease note: No TSA staff members will be on-hand before or after Outlook. She was diagnosed at 2 months old and we were left to take in this information and learn to live with the diagnosis and all of the appointments\, medications and therapies on our own. We found out about the TSA and went to the Big Day that they hosted when Hallie was nearly a year old. It was the first time we met other people and families who understand the condition\, some were at the beginning of figuring it all out like us and some were old hands. It was so nice to not feel so alone in it all. Having the coffee mornings means that we are able to meet more local people living with TSC and to be able to talk to and share with people who understand.” \nWhat is TSA Get Together?\nTSA Get Together events are focused on getting people in the nearby TSC community together. They’re usually organised and ran by TSA Ambassadors\, with the support of the TSA. \nTSA Get Together meetings include things like coffee catchups\, talks about TSC and family events. At Newport\, we’re welcoming people to come along to meet others in the TSC community in a very relaxed atmosphere. \nWhen and where will TSA Get Together Newport take place\nIt’s happening on Sunday 24 May 2026 at the Dolman Theatre. Doors open at 11:00am and things will close at around 1pm\, but feel free to come at any time. \nThe Dolman Theatre is near the centre of Newport\, with local parking available (check before travelling). \nIs there an agenda?\nThe focus is on making the event free and easy\, and more of an opportunity for people to pop around and get to know others. \nDoes the TSA offer care support at this event?\nThe TSA does not offer care support or a creche for this event. We’ve partnered once again with the fantastic Event Childcare to offer this service. Event Childcare is a family-owned team who provide SEN nannies at events\, including Big Day. We were delighted to welcome Event Childcare to previous Big Days. \nThe creche will be available 10am – 4:30pm. The creche is provided in a room very close to the main Big Day meeting room. If you plan to make use of the creche facilities at Big Day\, please ensure that you include this on your booking form. \nOther than the creche\, the TSA will not provide any other form of care support at Big Day. If you require a carer at Big Day\, we kindly ask that your carer comes with you. If paying for care support to attend Big Day is a challenge for you\, you might want to consider applying to the TSA Support Fund. \nWhat sort of people go to Big Day?\nBig Day welcomes everyone in the TSC community. Whether you live with TSC yourself\, if you’re a family member or partner of someone who has TSC\, or a carer or other professional – we’ll be delighted to welcome you! \nBig Day is a chance for the entire TSC community as a whole to connect\, whoever you are and how much TSC affects you and your family. Open to people affected by TSC and in receipt of benefits\, the TSA Support Fund offers grants to people when the financial impact of TSC becomes too much – including with costs towards paying for attending Big Day whether it’s costs towards travel\, accommodation or care support (or anything else). \nYou can also apply for complementary tickets for Big Day by contacting the TSA Support Line. \nAre dogs allowed to attend Big Day?\nUnfortunately\, we do not allow dogs to attend Big Day. DESCRIPTION:Click here to register for this event\nJoin professional artist Sarah Goy for the regular virtual TSC Teens Art Club!\nTSC Teen Art Club is a regular virtual creative event\, especially for teenagers in the TSC community. It’s focused on a playful approach to art. Sarah\, who also has TSC herself\, runs the events virtually on Zoom. \nThe hope is that each session will support mental health and help to build peer connections\, reducing isolation and encouraging togetherness. It’s a non-judgemental\, open and go-at-your-own-pace environment. \nThe next session will take place on Wednesday 18 June from 6:00pm.  \nSign-ups will receive an art kit\, completely free of charge! \nIf you’re a caregiver or parent\, you’re very welcome to join with your teen. Teens who are friends or family members of those affected by TSC are also welcome\, as TSC affects entire groups. \nIf you feel that you benefit from the events\, please consider donating to Sarah’s TSA fundraiser. \nSarah is a professional artist\, based in Bournemouth.
