SUMMARY:Respite for carers in the TSC community
DESCRIPTION:Many people in the TSC community are carers for loved ones who live with TSC. Caring can be an exhausting\, selfless and incredibly challenging step – with little time for respite \n \nIn this free virtual event\, the TSA welcomes The Respite Association to discuss the importance of carer self-care and respite for carers. The Respite Association was founded by people all with first-hand experience of caring\, and the stress and hurdles that come with caring for loved ones. \nIf you’re a carer in the TSC community\, you’ll be welcomed into an understanding and warm virtual event\, focused on helping you and your family. \nThe virtual event will take place through Zoom on Wednesday 11 May\, 6pm – 7pm.
